Orofer XT Syrup is composed of Ferrous Ascorbate, Folic Acid with Vitamin B12; all needed to treat anaemia, deficiency of iron, megaloblastic anaemia caused because of poor diet, lack of folic acid, deficiency of folate and poor food absorption. This iron supplement in syrup form can cause side effects, like nausea, bad taste, gastrointestinal discomfort, irritability, constipation, vomiting, etc. Orofist-XT syrup is not prescribed to premature infants, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people who have type 2 diabetes, stomach ulcers or intestinal inflammation.
